This was actually a set of nails I did last Saturday night, it’s been cloudy and drizzling all weekend so I wanted something colorful to brighten up the day. The center of the white flowers are actually gold studs I used for the gold & black studded nails, these gold studs are so versatile and can add fun texture to a variety of nail styles.
I used a striping brush for the colored nails and gold lines, and a dotting tool for the flowers. For some reason I was having the most difficult time with the flowers and had to redo each nail at least twice because they just didn’t look right. I almost gave up on my right hand, but since I had a lunch date the following day I didn’t want to leave the house with crappy nails! Very glad I finished though, because they turned out very cute and summery 🙂
